Nobu Shares the Recipe for Their Savory Dirty Mojito
by Cinthya Karen

With summer just around the corner, it’s no secret that “Miamians” are always up for refreshing and innovative cocktails. Enter: Nobu’s Dirty Mojito.
The newly concocted Ron Abuelo Dirty Mojito maintains the classic mojito recipe, but adds a savory twist. The recipe substitutes Ron Abuelo 7 Años dark-aged dark rum in lieu of traditional white (silver) rum, which not only allows for a sophisticated flavor, but also adds a touch of color. Cheers!
1 oz Ron Abuelo 7 Años
2 oz Soda Water
1/2 oz Lime Juice
6-7 Mint Leaves
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Crush mint leaves with lime juice and sugar in a shaker. Add rum and ice, shake and pour into a glass. Top with soda water, and garnish with mint.
