Last night, actress and singer Amber Riley celebrated her 26th birthday at Tabú Ultra Lounge at the MGM Grand. The actress is best-known for her role as Mercedes Jones on “Glee.”
After dining at Seablue by Michael Mina at the MGM Grand, Riley arrived on the carpet with a large group of family and friends including her brother, sister and cousin. The actress looked beautiful in a knee-length black dress with a tulle skirt, black tights and black booties. Joining the “Glee” star on the carpet was Academy Award-nominated actress Gabourey Sidibe. Before heading inside, Riley happily posed for photographers and stopped to talk and take photos with fans.
Riley made her way to her VIP area while Tabú’s model servers poured the group drinks and DJ Kid Jay got the party going. Riley and her friends immediately jumped up to dance to several songs including “Shots” by LMFAO featuring Lil Jon, “The Motto” by Drake with Lil Wayne, “We No Speak Americano” by Yolanda Be Cool and “Party Rock Anthem” by LMFAO, among others. Riley also took time to take a few more pictures and interact with fans while in the venue.
Later in the night DJ Kid Jay gave a shout out to the birthday girl as an amazing cake was brought out. The actress excitedly held up the beautiful birthday cake that was trimmed in purple and lavender flowers for photos. Riley continued dancing with friends late into the night.
