Haute Auto: 2013 Ferrari F620 GT

Talk of the new 2013 Ferrari F620 GT has been dominating car blogs and an image of the supercar was published a few days prior to Ferrari’s official unveiling. The new Ferrari will feature a V12 engine capable of producing 740 horsepower and 690 pound-feet of torque.

The F620 GT is a front-engine, rear-drive V12 powered luxury vehicle. With 740 horsepower, 690 pound-feet of torque and a seven-speed dual clutch gearbox, the F620 GT is the most powerful 12 cylinder engine ever made by the Italian automaker. It is capable of going from 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds and 0-100 mph in 8.3 seconds, which makes it faster than the Lamborghini Aventador. It is expected that as the most powerful V12 Ferrari ever, with  a top speed north of 210 miles per hour.

As the successor to Ferrari’s 599 GTB, the F620 GT is lighter, lower and shorter.
