Domingo Zapata Artwork Featuring Lindsay Lohan Sold for $100K

Domingo Zapata sold a work composed of Polaroid pictures of Lindsay Lohan for more than $100,000. Zapata, shot the images in his studio located at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles and sole the piece through the Hus Gallery to an established British collector. This is on the heels of Zapata’s upcoming and highly anticipated Oscar Art Show on Wednesday at Mr. C in Beverly Hills.

According to the New York Post, Lohan and Zapata, as well as her sister Ali and brother Michael went shopping at Blue & Cream on the Bowery in NYC–preparations foreshadowing a possible future shoot.
