In the past there’s been talks about Zynga founder, Mark Pincus wanting to sell two of his San Francisco homes, but it’s now official one of his homes has finally been sold after many attempts. A year ago, the property was listed on the market for $2,189,000, but never received any offers, so it was reduced by $960,000, which made the price $1,970,000. The smaller of the two properties at 1572 Shrader in Cole Valley features 3 floors, 3 baths and 3 bedrooms, making this home one of the prime pads in San Francisco.
Many are uncertain of Mr. Pincus and his wife, founder of One Kings Lane, reason for selling such a luxurious home, but rumors have speculated that the wealthy couple might be in search of a bigger and better home to live. While others suspect that their sudden sell may be related to Pincus’ 2010 restraining order against filmmaker, Vera Svenchina, but as for now nothing has been confirmed.
