Video: Louis Vuitton Opens New Maison in Rome

On Jan. 29, an emblematic historical cinema in Rome will reopen as a new emblem of fashion as Louis Vuitton debuts the Rome Etoile Maison.

The cinema was reinterpreted by architect Peter Marino and now offers the most sophisticated pieces, as well as a screening room for short films, documentaries and original creations. The screening room is a nod to Louis Vuitton’s program to support new generations of the Italian film industry. Partnering with Scuola Nazionale di Cinema del Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, the program aims to develop new talent by creating scholarships and academic programs.
