2. SenThis trendy Japanese restaurant has been a mainstay in Sag Harbor since 1994. Serving slightly modernized dishes, Sen offers an extensive Sake menu and some inventive sushi rolls, such as the Torched Salmon Roll. Inside, amber lighting and rock-encrusted walls provide ambiance for the horseshoe-shaped sushi bar in the center of the restaurant. During the summer months, sushi lovers can even enjoy their food on the patio with a view of downtown Sag Harbor.

3. Show WinThere’s no need to ponder over the extensive menu at Show Win trying to decide which sushi to sample. 4. Suki ZukiSuki Zuki is often crowded, but always worth the wait. Cookbook and literary author Katie Lee frequents the restaurant once a week, always ordering a customer favorite: the tuna sandwich. Suki Zuki’s version of a spicy tuna roll, the tuna sandwich features layers of fish, tobiko, scallion and tempura between two layers of rice. It’s even cut into triangles like your favorite lunchtime sandwich.
