The "Pink Palace", as it is locally known, is the largest and most prestigious Presidential suites in LA. The Presidential Bungalow was designed strategically by Rottet Studio in Los Angeles to fit the  Mediterranean character of the Beverly Hills Hotel. Approximately1836 square feet / 170.6 square meters, the Suites feature an enormous Great room with a 12 foot classic cottage raised beam ceiling and a dining area for 10. Guests included Kim Kardashian and her beau Humphries.

The Penthouse Suite in the Beverly Wilshire Hotel is located on the private 14th of the Beverly Wing, only accessed by a key. The Suite is a spectacular 5,000 square feet in size, or 465 square meters, and provides guests with a beautiful 270-degree view of the city. The Beverly Wilshire boasts its Suite to be the largest guest space in the city. Additional amenities include five hours of personal time per week (a choice of spa, trainer, fashion stylist or hair and make-up artists), use of luxury car daily and many more. Julia Roberts and Richard Gere stayed in this very suite during their stay in Beverly Hills.

There are two Presidential Suites in the Montage Beverly Hills, with each suite able to be combined to two Grand Deluxe Guestrooms or the Governor Suite, totaling a 5,000 square foot and four-bedroom luxury. The fully-furnished balcony provides a view of the Hollywood Hills. In addition, guests will receive complimentary access to any of the Mercedes-Benz Automobiles, each equipped with a GPS.

One of the outstanding features of the Royal Patio Suite in The Peninsula Beverly Hills is the privilege guests have to enjoy the fresh California air and a personal garden outside in the Suite's patio. The Royal Patio Suite constitutes of 2,250 square feet (or 209 square meters). The luxurious 2,200 square foot Vanderlip Suite at the Terranea Hotel is designed for entertaining.
