Elin Nordegren, the former wife of Tiger Woods has done it again. If you thought Nordegren was living in one of the most luxurious oceanfront mansions in Palm Beach before. Well, we haven’t seen nothing yet, in fact, Nordegren has demolished her $12.3 million mansion and plans to build a new home on the Seminole Landing development.

Many were shocked to hear that Tiger Woods’ ex-wife would demolish such a beautiful home. Realtor John True who was recently at the Palm Beach estate on Halloween for an after work charity event shares “it was a beautiful place, incredible landscaping, fantastic ocean frontage.”

Currently, Elin Nordegren is staying in the San Remo condominiums until her new home is complete. Records show the demolition permit was issued to Palm Beach County and has been active since Dec. 16 until June 17. Seminole Landing is a 77 acre development, exclusively one of the top five communities in Palm Beach.

After their five-year marriage, Nordegren, 32, decided to divorce Woods due to his infidelity. Woods lives in Orlando in the couple’s former home, while Nordegren awaits the start of construction on her new home by Onshore Construction & Development.
