The Celebs’ Menu for the Upcoming Golden Globes

On Sunday, the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards will be held for the 42nd time in the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. Currently, all hotel rooms are sold-out, but we have a sneak peak of the menu. So instead of wondering what the stars will be dining on during the awards show, you have a chance to enjoy the red carpet fashions and know exactly what your favorite stars are eating.
After six months of creating a menu, Thomas Henzi, the Executive Pastry Chef, and Suki Sugiura, the Beverly Hilton’s executive hotel chef have managed to collaborate on an impressive menu. For appetizers, they will be dining on pistachio crusted pistou ravioli with wild arugula, kabocha compote, Burrata and Smoked Tomato. For entrees, Braised Prime Short Rib of Beef with Porcini Pine Nut Herb Ragout in a Light Cream of Sherry Wine Ginger Tamari Sauce, Miso & Sake Lees Marinated Pacific Sea Bass with Grilled King Oyster Mushroom, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Baby Bok Choy, Candy Striped Beets and Yellow Baby Carrots. The stars will follow their dinner with Caramel & Fresh Berries paired with Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2002 and Chocolate Delice Almond Crunch Terrine with Acacia Honey for Dessert.
If you feel like you’re missing all of the action the Beverly Hilton is sold-out, but the Maison 140 hotel, which is in walking distance, has available rooms starting at $270 for the awards night, so feel free to book your room as soon as possible.
