Shore Hotel’s Blue Plate Taco “Plato Azul” Set To Open In March

The Shore Hotel in Santa Monica, which recently opened October 1 2011, plans to introduce its Blue Plate Taco restaurant (or Plato Azul in Spanish) in March. The venue will be the third installment from the creators of celebrity-attraction restaurants Blue Plate Oysterette and Blue Plate on Montana Avenue.
Blue Plate Taco, which will be open for both lunch and dinner daily, will feature cuisine inspired by an authentic mix of Mexican and sea foods. The restaurant will view the Pacific and will be situated adjacent to the pool. Visitors can choose to sit either inside or outside on the patio – the restaurant will seat about 70 guests. Menu options will include the delicious Lobster Truffle Taco, as well as a selection of salads, grilled seafoods, meats and even chilled Mexican beer.
