Since March 2010, Pete Sampras has been trying to sell his mansion in Thousand Oaks, Calif. for $25 million. He’s been looking for a grand slam buyer but he’s been serving out since then, even slicing the price down to $20 million. In 2009, Sampras built the mansion from the ground up with seven bedrooms and twelve bathrooms on a twenty-acre hilltop. The backyard is stacked with an infinity pool and a tennis court fit for the king of swing. Sampras has decided to move on from his ultra modern luxurious mansion, but so far he’s swung and missed on potential buyers.
