New York Chef Shuffles to Plein Sud
by HauteLiving

Eater NY reports some change ups in one of New York’s hottest kitchens. They confirmed that reps announced  that Sebastien Agez is the new chef at downtown’s Smyth Hotel’s restaurant Plein Sud. The announcement gives a fun piece of trivia, “This is Chef Agez’s second time replacing a ‘Top Chef’.” He replaced Joey Paulino (Top Chef, Season 3) at Café des Artistes and now Ed Cotton (Top Chef, Season 7) at Plein Sud.”
