Moët and Chandon Toast for Charity at the Golden Globes

This Sunday marks many anniversaries: the 69th Golden Globe Awards; 21 years since Moët became the official champagne of the awards; and the third-annual red carpet charitable initiative, “Toast for a Cause.”

“Toast for a Cause,” created by Moët and Chandon, debuted at the 2009 Golden Globes as an opportunity for the champagne brand and Hollywood to celebrate charities around the world. On the red carpet, nominees will be invited to raise a toast in honor of their favorite charities. Moët will donate $1,000 to the charity in the nominee’s name.

Since its inception, “Toast for a Cause” has supported more than 60 organizations and donated more than $100,000. Past participants include Olivia Wilde, Josh Duhamel, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Ford, Glenn Close, Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart.
