London’s Hotel Boom Continues With 600-Capsule Opening in 2014

London’s budget hotel obsession is bordering on the extreme with the announcement of a 600-capsule hotel to be built in the West End.
Here’s the kicker: each room will be no larger than 107 square feet, bathroom included, and none of the rooms will have windows.
That’s quite a space limitation considering the hotel will be placed in the Trocodero, the 45,000-square foot entertainment and shopping complex in Picadilly Circus that at one time housed the Segaworld theme park and Pepsi IMAX theater.
The hotel is set to open in 2014, and the budget hotel boom has yet to peak.
