Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick, Nicole Richie, Joel Madden, Benji Madden, Holly Madison and Ronnie Ortiz-Margo all kicked off their New Year’s Eve festivities with dinner and shopping at Sugar Factory American Brasserie inside Paris Las Vegas last night.

Kardashian and Disick indulged in a New Year’s Eve dinner with a large table of friends as they feasted on a special New Year’s Eve menu, created by Sugar Factory American Brasserie’s executive chef, Michael Sellmann. The table loved the Maryland blue crab cakes, crisp mixed green salad with roasted tomatoes, English cucumbers and Champagne vinaigrette, Angus filets paired with an Australian lobster tails and lemon risotto. Kardashian was positively glowing, since the reality mogul recently announced her second pregnancy with long-time boyfriend, Disick.

The party kept the conversation festive, reminiscing over past New Year’s Eve parties and how excited they were to ring in the new year in Las Vegas. The group ended their meal on a sweet note with Sugar Factory’s decadent milkshakes and ice cream sundaes. Disick and Kardashian also browsed the attached flagship retail store, pausing to check out the baby boy and baby girl Sugar Factory onesies, as they discussed the potential sex of their soon-to-be new bundle of joy.

Richie and the Madden men enjoyed a celebratory dinner at a secluded table inside Sugar Factory’s luxurious Chocolate Lounge. The group enjoyed the eatery’s New Year’s Eve special menu items of Mediterranean rigatoni and Pacific pan-seared salmon. Richie, who looked hot as always in an embellished shoulder black mini dress with her locks pulled up in a high bun, and her husband Joel, cracked jokes throughout dinner and everyone got caught up in the laughter.

Madison looked stunning as she entered the Strip-side eatery, done up for the big night in a metallic bronze cocktail dress. Madison, who is known for her sweet tooth, couldn’t wait to stroll around the retail store. The blonde bombshell was so excited to see her own line of candy necklaces on the Sugar Factory shelves and she also loved the sugar store’s line of pin-up girl chocolate bars.

Also seen at the sweet spot was Ortiz-Margo of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” crew. The tough guy sweetened up to Sugar Factory’s Couture Pops and signature T-shirts.
