One of Las Vegas’ newest nightclubs celebrated the new year with its grand opening. Hyde Bellagio, the first Vegas venture of sbe, hosted a star-studded New Year’s Eve at the Bellagio.

The night saw Sofia Vergara, Joe Jonas, Leona Lewis, Eliza Dushku, Emile Hirsch, Wilmer Valderrama, Lauren Conrad, Stephanie Pratt, Eric Stonestreet, Amber Lancaster and the Lakers’ Rick Fox, among others, break in the new 10,000-square-foot digs that overlook the fountains at Bellagio and looks like an Italian villa within.

A proud Sam Nazarian, founder and CEO of sbe, said, “Tonight is an amazing night, because sbe is coming to Las Vegas. Bellagio has opened its beautiful home on the 50-yard line of the Bellagio Fountains [for Hyde Bellagio].”

Referring to her New Year’s Eve celebration at Hyde Bellagio, “Modern Family’s” Sofia Vergara said, “I’m very excited, because every place that Sam does is always amazing … I was a fan of Hyde in Los Angeles, so I’m sure [Hyde] in Vegas is going to be even more fabulous.”

At midnight, Vergara counted down to 2012, signaling the iconic Fountains of Bellagio to dance high above the Las Vegas Strip as balloons filled with $100 bills fell from the ceiling. Throughout the venue, guests cheered, toasted and kissed to the year ahead.

DJ Paul Oakenfold will keep the party going on New Year’s Day at Vegas’ newest nightspot. Guests will be surrounded by the legendary DJ’s sounds as they revel in decadence with the Bellagio Fountains dancing around them.
