Reality star Khloe Kardashian kicked off her new Dallas radio show Monday, just one week after announcing the show’s inception. An hour-long show, “The Mix Up With Khloe” debuted with the Kardashian interviewing Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards.
