Dining In The Dark With Chef Adrianne Calvo

Celebrity Chef Adrianne Calvo takes us on a culinary adventure of the senses with her latest Dark Dining experience of the Chinese New Year. Indulge your taste buds and re-discover the flavors of China with a heightened sense of taste and smell as you are blindfolded to enhance the bold flavors created by Chef Adrianne Calvo. This is a one of a kind opportunity to welcome in the Chinese New Year with a culinary guide that has won accolades through her work at the 5 star Mandarin Oriental and her most recent appearance on the Food Network’s “CHOPPED”.

“I am looking forward to this month’s Dark Dining because it brings to mind some of my favorite dishes I would create during my time at the Mandarin Oriental. I think it will be completely new take, on everybody’s traditional idea of Chinese Food and enhance your senses for maximum flavor.”

Follow our very own Miami-based culinary artist whose rise to fame has been accomplished through bold concepts and her exquisite take on cuisine, as she asks you to TASTE, TOUCH, HEAR and SMELL during her continuation of her highly-regarded Dark Dining series Wednesday, January 25 at 7:30pm.

Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar, the enclave that has become an epicenter of gastronomic creativity in the highly competitive South Florida restaurant scene, will serve as the host location for this sensual dining adventure. This highly acclaimed culinary gem tucked away from all the vapid South Beach scene, brings to mind Napa Valley and is emphasized by the Northern Californian décor and luxurious wine options.

Chef Adrianne’s is located at 11510 SW 147 Avenue Miami, Fl 33196 for reservations please call (305)408-8386 or (305)408-8388 and follow Chef Adrianne Calvo on Twitter or Facebook.
