Chef Myers to Open Pizzeria Spring 2012

Chef David Myers plans to open a pizzeria in the spring of 2012 in Hollywood, as part of the David Myers Group. The opening will be an addition to the award-winning concept of his successful restaurant chain, Pizzeria Ortica, which centers all of its attention on the Italian-style pizza, antipasta and pasta.

The Pizzeria Ortica has already recently expanded to Las Vegas and Tokyo. Pizzas at this new restaurant will be made with a 300-year-old biga, and will offer a small, changing menu of local farmers’ market finds. The pizzeria will be located at 1708 N Vine Street in Hollywood. To learn more about the David Myers Group, visit www. DavidMyersGroup.com.
