Bar Tanaka Now Open in Miami

If you’re in the mood for great sake and sushi, well Bar Tanaka is the place to be. Recently opened at the Shelborne hotel, offering plenty of sake and snow crab rolls perfect for any occasion. What makes this restaurant so great has to be its old-fashion décor from the very first time you walk through the door of the lobby you are greeted with such a breath-taking décor with 36 seats, ideal for an intimate setting.
Zama Tanaka, the head chef serves up all kinds of sushi, from philly cheese steak rolls to escargots in miso butter, but that’s not all. It that doesn’t make your taste buds water, try the Triple Shrimp Dragon made with scallion, tempura shrimp, and carrot. Also, the black granite bar is stocked with the very best sake and an assortment of drinks like Heavenly Forest which is made of yuzu, lime and vodka. So make it down to the South Beach scene at Bar Tanaka and you’re sure to be delighted.
