If you’re one of those people who always knows exactly what they want, a new Beverly Hills restaurant will be offering customizable sushi.

U-Sushi is a Beverly Hills restaurant introducing a new Japanese sushi concept – customizable sushi. Once open, U-Sushi will allow customers to select from 40 ingredients and watch their sushi roll made to order in under a minute with the help of a ‘robot automation’.

The restaurant is expected to open within the next few weeks and will be located on Beverly Drive, just below Wilshire Boulevard, in the space that was formally home to a Jamba Juice and Famous Cupcakes store.

U-Sushi is located at 168 Beverly Dr., Beverly Hills, CA 90212.
