Convenience is key.

Eater NY tells us Torrisi Italian Specialties, the Nolita Italian hub from Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi, is now accepting online reservations for  their “classic” $60 four-course prix fixe. You can also make reservations for their new $125 New York City History based menu by calling the restaurant directly. Read more here: http://ny.eater.com/archives/2011/12/resywire_8.php

This is all coming on the heels of the highly anticipated opening of Torrisi Italian Specialties spinoff Parm. Parm opened to great fanfare on Nov. 7. Parm is now the home of all of Torrisi’s lunch operations, while Torrisi Italian Specialties is the go-to for the famed prix-fix dinners.
