SLS South Beach to Launch First Ever Jose Andres Food Truck

As Miami prepares to welcome SLS Hotel South Beach new details are emerging about the first ever Jose Andres Food Truck.
The SLS Hotel South Beach is gearing up for it’s grand opening and reports are going around that the hotel will be launching the first ever Jose Andres Food Truck. Designed by Philippe Starck and a Latin graffiti artist, the truck will be located near the pools and beach club and serve snacks.
SLS Hotel South Beach will also feature Jose Andres’ West Terrace Bistro, which is slated to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner – think coffee and food with a Latin twist. Also near the reception area, there will be an east coast outpost of Bar Centro, composed of thin coral and featuring clear site lines into an open cold kitchen. The Bazaar, complete with 20 foot windows will be next to Katsuya with their respective Saam and Dragon Lounges above them.
Out back there will be a pool complex featuring a pool lined by 10 air-conditioned cabanas with suites/bungalows above and a pool home to Hyde Beach that will allow hotel and non-hotel guests to enter.
