One57 Soon-to-be NYC’s Tallest Tower

Many may be wondering what’s happening on West 67th Street, with all the construction underway. Well, its official, a 90-story glass luxury residential tower is in development, but not just any tower, it said to be the tallest in New York City.
The tower will be composed of 95 residences right above Park Hyatt, where many residents will receive hotel amenities, along with thirteen condos within the building priced around $42 million or more and two duplexes priced at $98.5 million.

Extell Development’s prospective 1,000-foot condominium and hotel tower, One57, on West 57th Street in Manhattan has two spectacular penthouses that are being shopped around for a reported $98.5 million each.
Imagine, for a moment, a glass-walled penthouse overlooking Central Park. The home, reported to have six-bedrooms and 10,923 square feet of living space, will be located at the top of what will be New York’s largest luxury condo.
