Zynga Inc. CEO Mark Pincus Lists San Fran Home

Mark Pincus is sure making the news this week. With Zynga Inc.’s IPO launching, the social gaming company founder just put his San Francisco home on the market.

Located in the wealthy neighborhood of Cole Valley, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom property spans 2,875 square feet on Shader Street. The next resident will enjoy panoramic views of the city, including the Golden Gate Bridge. A contemporary treasure, Ms. Pincus modernized the multi-level property.

Pincus just listed his residence in Presidio Heights for $8.9 million. Live (not as) large in his San Francisco abode for $1.97 million.
