Anyone still shopping for the holidays should head over to Tivoli Village and the 11 new boutiques that opened in November. Here’s a look at the new shops that just opened and others that plan to open in the new year.

BluNoir (now open) — With a focus on fashion, art, music and culture, BluNoir carries women’s neo-vintage apparel and accessories with an extensive range of brands, directly imported from France, England and other European countries.

Bottles + Burgers by Double Helix (opening Dec. 29) — The newest venture from the Double Helix restaurant brand, Bottles + Burgers features gourmet burgers, sandwiches and salads, old fashioned ice cream bar and soda fountain as well as a variety of Double Helix’s private label wines and 30 selections of half bottles of wine.

Brookstone (now open) — Brookstone is a nationwide specialty retailer offering an assortment of consumer products that are functional in purpose, distinctive in quality and design and not widely available from other retailers.

Cucina Olive Oil (now open) — Cucina Olive Oil offers an assortment of flavor-infused, award winning olive oils from the northern and southern hemispheres as well as high-quality infused balsamic vinegars.

DavidBartonGym (opening February 2012) — Making their entrance into the Las Vegas market, DavidBartonGym will debut the first-ever Las Vegas outpost of his namesake gym with a 31,000-square-foot health club.

Kabuki Japanese Restaurant (opening spring 2012) — Kabuki Japanese Restaurant is a high-energy, family-friendly and value-oriented Japanese restaurant.

Parmida Home (opening spring 2012) — Parmida showcases an expansive selection of furniture, décor, kitchen, bath and entertaining accessories and timeless gift merchandise.

Pandora (now open) — Pandora designs, manufactures and markets hand-finished and modern jewelry made from genuine materials at affordable prices.

The Strand (opening soon) — The Strand, a cocktail lounge, restaurant and live entertainment venue featuring couture cocktails, small plate dishes and a wide range of live entertainment options previously only offered on the Las Vegas Strip.
