Chef Michel Richard of Central at Caesars Palace, Andre Agassi, Stephanie Graf and Keep Memory Alive Foundation founder Larry Ruvo gathered for a festive holiday dinner at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Brain Institute last night. They dined on dishes such as Richard’s Moscovy duck in cinnamon beet sauce and elaborate snowman-shaped “vacherin” — an ice-cream-filled meringue sculpture donning a colorful marzipan scarf and hat.

The event was held for the annual induction ceremony of the Las Vegas Baillage of the Chaîne des Rotisseurs, an international gastronomic society founded in Paris in the 13th century.
