Haute Estates: Matt Damon & Ben Affleck List Good Will Hunting House

Hollywood superstars and best friends Matt Damon and Ben Affleck have listed the Los Angeles home where they scripted the complete story of award-winning film Good Will Hunting for $779,000.
The 2,187-square-foot home features a Viking French Norman style and was built in the 19th century. Despite it’s age, the house is in pretty good condition and features amazing hardwood flooring.
The new owner will, however, have to spare some expense with regards to the systems in the home (plumbing, electrical, heating, etc.), which seem to be original and probably need to be replaced. The home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fireplaces, crown molding, stone floors, a detached garage and treetop views.
It is reported that the power duo are selling the home because they no longer stay there and it needs some care and renovation.
