Haute Estate: David Spade Lists Malibu Home for $13.5 Million

Comedian and Hollywood actor David Spade has just listed his Malibu beachfront home for $13.5 million.
Spade purchased the 3,763-square-foot home in 2005 for $9.3 million and extensively remodeled it. In 2007 he tried to sell it for $16 million, but was unsuccessful.
The home features hardwood floors, four large fireplaces and numerous doors that open to the beach. Located on La Costa Beach, near where Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have a home, Spade’s home is also close to Carbon Beach, a popular spot for Hollywood movers and shakers.
Spade has another home in Los Angeles and was using this Malibu pad as a beach house.
