Knowledge of tap, jazz and ballet? Check. Over 5-foot-8? Check. Can sing up-tempo Broadway style and a ballad? Check. If you can do this and more, you have a shot at being a showgirl in Las Vegas.

On Jan. 23, Donn Arden’s “Jubilee!” is holding auditions for female and male dancers and singers who have a shot at performing in the longest-running show on the Strip. Last summer, the show celebrated its 30th anniversary. Now “Jubilee!” is looking for new talent for the show conceived, staged and directed by the legendary Donn Arden. You know you want to don the elaborate retro-glam costumes, perform in front of dazzling scenery, have you work buffered by world-renowned specialty acts and even wear that trademark bright shade of red lipstick.

OK, so guys can be in the show as well, they just need to be 6 foot or taller. Auditions run from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the “Jubilee!” Theatre at Bally’s Las Vegas, 3645 Las Vegas Blvd. S. The show is looking for dancers who demonstrate dance experience in tap, jazz and ballet. Female and male singers must perform two types of music: up-tempo Broadway style and ballad. All female dancers, singers, showgirls must be 5-feet-8 and taller and all male dancers and singers must be 6 feet and taller. And everyone must be 18 years of age or older.

We can’t wait to see you in a headdress and feathers.
