Art Basel 2011: Kingdom of Morocco, Maybach and MOCA Private Dinner

Last night, The Kingdom of Morocco hosted a star-studded event sponsored by Maybach at The Raleigh Hotel on South Beach. Co-hosting the Moroccan-themed event were Jeffrey Deitch and MOCA, with renowned food expert Paula Wolfert as the creative mind behind the menu. Wolfert’s latest cookbook, “The Food of Morocco,” was recently launched and very well received. DJ Alexandra Richards spun the evening’s eclectic and wildly entertaining set, while VIP attendees mingled and took in Miami’s perfect weather (just in time for Basel.) Following dinner, guests continued on to Raleigh Beach for a concert and private after party.
The A-list guest list included: Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Pharrell Williams, Scott Campbell, Lake Bell, Brooke Davenport, Desiree Gruber, Kyle MacLachlan, Chakib Ghadouani and Wolfgang Puck.
