Viktor & Spoils Opens Inside Hotel On Rivington

On Thursday November 10th, new Taqueria and Tequila Bar Viktor & Spoils opened inside the Hotel on Rivington.

Located in the spot once occupied by CV, the restaurant and lounge is a modern Mexican taqueria and tequila bar serving classic and new style tacos alongside a world-class tequila, mezcal, and cocktail program created by the trio of Steve Olson, Andy Seymour, and their protégé Leo Degroff, son of legendary mixologist Dale Degroff.

Highlights of the menu include the Elote Corn on the Cobb with lime mayo, cotija cheese and chile de arbol and the homemade chorizo tacos with cilantro avocado crema and pickled red onions. Standout tequila concoctions include the Suave Agave with Chinaco Añejo tequila, malbec, pomegranate juice, hibiscus and the Añejo Smash with Siete Leguas Anjo Tequila, Grand Marnier, lemon, and mint.
