TRACE, W Hotel’s New Restaurant, Unveils Thanksgiving Menu

Looking for an amazing Thanksgiving feast prepared by a world-renowned chef? Look no further.
TRACE, W San Francisco’s hot new restaurant, has unveiled the Thanksgiving menu prepared by Executive Chef Paul Piscopo, a lifelong advocate of sustainable cuisine. The three-course menu features traceable ingredients and high-quality, conscious cuisine capturing the Bay Area’s vibrant personality.
The restaurant opens on Thanksgiving at 4:30 p.m. with a champagne toast and bites at the bar. Dinner features a $75 three-course pre-fixe menu plus an additional side dish and an option to add wine pairings.
