Xenia’s World: Thanksgiving with the Black Eyed Peas
The night before Thanksgiving, fans drove in the massive traffic from Miami and the ladies took out their most comfortable shoes to be ready for the 7 hours music marathon for the last Black Eyed Peas concert: the group said they’re taking a break – for now.
I’ve done better, not only I wore flats to dance and enjoy the show, but I also found a Segway to drive around quickly everywhere at the Sun Life stadium, where Fergie – big fan of the Miami Dolphins- is a minority owner.

Happily for the producer David Saltz or BEP’s manager William Derella the night was an overall success, starting with some good hip hop by Jason DeRulo, T-Pain, Sean Kingston, and Cee Lo Green. Emotional moments followed, like the one when Taboo brought his mother on scene, or when a super sexy Fergie moved her bootylicious curves in black hot pants on stage while her husband, the handsome actor Josh Duhamel, waited for her behind the scenes.
Last but not least the impressive free style rap performance by Will.I.Am, who couldn’t stop the party even after the end of the concert, and went on and on djing at LIV, one of the world’s best clubs. Apl.de.ap, taboo, and the rest of the musicians partied like real rockstars in the private area of the club, while Fergie flew to North Dakota to celebrate the turkey day with her family. Will she be back or will the band have to replace her? Jennifer Lopez, who just released a potential new hit – “Hard” with Mick Jagger and BEP’s main guy WIll.I.Am, could be a great candidate for a new band’s sexy lady.
