Thanksgiving at Chophouse Miami Bistro and Lounge

Having already touched upon the renovations that are underway at Chophouse Miami Bistro and Lounge, we thought you would like to know that the revamped restaurant will be celebrating Thanksgiving, and they are inviting you to celebrate with them. Chophouse will be hosting both Thanksgiving lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., respectively. The prix fixe menu, created by new chef Jacques Van Staden, will be priced at $55 per person and includes the following:

First course:

Spiced Pumpkin Soup

Grilled Chorizo Sausage/Toasted Pumpkin Seeds & Bourbon Cream

Or

Radicchio and Watercress salad

Shaved Fennel/Apples/Gorgonzola Cheese

Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil/Cider Vinaigrette

Second Course:

Roasted Turkey – “Chopblock Style”

Tender Roasted Turkey Breast/Turkey Leg Confit/Giblet Gravy

Truffle Mashed Potato/Cranberry Relish/Green Bean Gratin

Sweet Potato-Marshmallow Jar & Cornbread Sage Stuffing

Or

Virginia Honey Glazed Ham

Truffle Mashed Potato/Green Bean Gratin/Sweet Potato

Pineapple-Whiskey Compote & Cornbread Bacon Stuffing

Or

Cedar plank salmon

Yellow Corn Grits/Passion Fruit Beurre Blanc

Avocado Salsa/Asparagus Fricassee & Pickled Onion Salad

Third Course

Sweet Potato Pie/Crème Chantilly
