Seattle Dines With Mario Batali
SPOTLIGHTseattle.com recently re-capped the most fabulous event in Seattle last week, “An Intimate Evening with Mario Batali.”
Hosted and arranged by Seattle Art Museum Supporters (SAMS raises funds for this beloved museum throughout the year), this event in particular was popular throughout the large Northwest philanthropic community.
Aside from the “master of Italian,” Mario Batali, other noteable guests included Dale and Leslie Chihuly, and Seattle’s own legendary Chef Thierry Rautureau.
After sipping Rosemary Mandarin Sparkle’s (the events signature cocktail by popular mixologist Kathy Casey), guests sat down family style for a dinner with Batali – bon appetit indeed!
