Sam Goldman to Open The Still Room in Pasadena

After closing last spring after 20 years and an ownership change, Derek’s Bistro in South Pasadena is about to become a new restaurant called The Still Room.
Under chef Sam Goldman and owners Kevin and Leslie Farrel, The Still Room will be a seafood-focused restaurant with an East Coast Inn influence, raw bar and solid libations set-up. Further information about the new restaurant has not yet been released, but many are excited for this new South Pas eatery.
Goldman is rumored to have worked with Tony Bourdain at WPA back in the 1980s.
The Still Room is expected to open in mid-December at 181 E. Glenarm Stree. #105 in Pasadena.
