Philippe by Philippe Chow To Re-Open Miami Location

Celebrity hotspot Philippe by Philippe Chow will celebrate its re-opening this Friday in its new Miami location, 36-40 Ocean Drive.Philippe by Philippe Chow’s new 6,000 square foot location includes a retractable roof, an open kitchen, private wine room for 35 guests and a “U” shaped bar. The restaurant can accommodate 180 guests inside and 25 outside.

Philippe by Philippe Chow is one of two restaurants in the United States to feature Beijing-style cuisine, an exclusive type of cooking known for its lightness and layered flavors without any added MSG. Signature dishes include Chicken Satays, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Peking Duck, Crispy Beef, Nine Season Spicy Prawns, and Maine Lobster with Fresh Ginger.

In honor of the re-opening,Philippe is donating 10 percent of this Friday night’s sales to partner Alonzo Mourning’s Overtown Youth Center & Honey Shine Mentoring Program.
