Nikki Beach’s Pearl Restaurant & Champagne Lounge to Reopen

Miami Beach’s orange and white hot spot known as Pearl Restaurant & Champagne Lounge originally opened in 1999 and closed in 2005. Now it’s making a comeback and will reopen on the second floor of Nikki Beach on December 10.
Peal Restaurant & Champagne Lounge will be reopening on December 10 in the 8,000 square foot second floor space at Nikki Beach. It will feature an extensive cocktail, wine and champagne menu with cuisine provided by executive chef Sylvian Noel. Chef Noel is known for his global menu featuring Middle Eastern, Latin American, Asian and American dishes – in addition to an extensive selection of caviar. Once reopened, the restaurant will also feature a new ceviche bar and oceanfront terrace.
Returning to its original form, Pearl Restaurant & Champagne Lounge will transform back into a saucy South Beach scene open at 11 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
According to owner Jack Penrod, the locale is reopening simply because “people missed it. We figured that since everyone else missed it as much as we did, let’s bring it back!”
