On October 17, 2011, over a hundred of Miami’s top real estate and business professionals gathered at Miami hot spot Meat Market to get the first look at BrickellHouse, the newest and first luxury condo to hit the Downtown Miami market since 2008. BrickellHouse,becomes the first newly-conceived condominium project to launch since 2008, reflecting the rising demand for urban living in South Florida and fast-improving market dynamics in Downtown Miami. Development of the $170 million project, located at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive, will begin with a groundbreaking in the second quarter of 2012 – with construction expected to be completed within two years.

BrickellHouse is comprised of 374 residential units ranging from studios, 1-, 2-, 3-bedroom units to 5,000 square foot, exclusive penthouses. Residences will feature expansive private balconies offering views of Biscayne Bay and the Brickell Financial District, gourmet kitchens and bathrooms with imported European cabinetry, and premium appliances and finishes. The addition of one of the nation’s first fully automated robotic parking garages will yield significant convenience and security, as well as environmental benefits, including greatly reducing the building’s carbon footprint. BrickellHouse is being designed to achieve LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
