HAUTE EVENT: L’ORÉAL PARIS LEGENDS GALA TO BENEFIT OVARIAN CANCER RESEARCH FUND

Last night, November 2nd, Julianna Margulies hosted the L’Oréal Paris Legends Gala at the American Museum of Natural History to benefit the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF). This glamorous evening united the beauty, fashion, finance and media industries behind the important cause to raise much-needed funds for ovarian cancer research.
The gala included a cocktail reception and luxury silent auction at 6:30 PM followed by dinner and the program began at 8:00 PM. L’Oréal Paris spokespeople Andie MacDowell, Kerry Washington and Aimee Mullins attended along with Taraji P. Henson, Kelly Rutherford, Matthew Settle and Michael Michele.
Kelly Ripa was honored with the OCRF Legends Award. Michael L. Gordon, Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Angelo, Gordon & Co. and OCRF Benefactor, Sally Gordon was honored with the Liz Tilberis Humanitarian Award. The evening included a special tribute to Joseph Campinell, retired President of the Consumer Products Division, L’Oréal USA.
