Edge, Steak & Bar at the Four Seasons Miami

The Four Seasons is a legendary brand, and in Miami, the luxurious hotel attracts high-profile guests. Voted Best Business Hotel in Miami by Travel and Leisure, the Four Seasons Miami will welcome a new restaurant this season that is sure to keep foodies and fine diners alike coming back.
Edge, Steak & Bar is set to open late this month, with Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and Restaurant Chef James King in the kitchen and behind each recipe that graces the menu. The restaurant will serve up American fare with a twist, including items such as the quinoa and corn salad and spiced sweet chorizo and cheddar croquetas.
Edge, Steak & Bar is located on the 7th floor of the Four Seasons, and will initially serve dinner only, from 6-11 p.m. Breakfast, brunch and lunch are to come in the future. Stay tuned!
