Dream Downtown, an exclusive member of The Haute Hotel Network, features four diverse restaurants. Located on the lobby level of Dream Downtown is MARBLE LANE, Steak Joint & Bar. Not your typical steakhouse!

Whether you are enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner in a casually elegant atmosphere, there is a variety of innovative dishes to satisfy your palate.

Among the contemporary American dishes prepared by executive chef Manuel Trevino, you can also select clams on a half shell or indulge in a melange of oysters, lobster and tuna cerviche in the large seafood plateau from a raw bar.

Of course entrees include prime cuts and bold wagyu cuts raised in the Kobe tradition, which resonate influences from Trevino’s youth.

These diverse offerings are complimented by equally inventive libations from the bar, such as the noted Belvedere Black Raspberry Wet Dream.

Another unexpected feature of MARBLE LANE is that there are nightly DJs.
