A Film, a Fragrance, and True Love

Do you know what today is? Well, you should.

Millions of people across the country will be flocking to theaters everywhere this evening to watch Bella Swan marry Edward Cullen. Yes, it’s the release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1.

Part Une, Yes. We’ll all be back here in a year, again to see the penultimate finale. Until then we will be teased with a gorgeous Carolina Herrera gown, a lavish wedding, and a sex scene so haute, you’ll now understand the relationship between Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.

Well, like all blockbuster sagas, there are insane amounts of memorabilia, and Twilight is no different. However, what all the other films fail to  have is a pretty luxe beauty collection.

Twilight Beauty–this is a REAL thing. Want apple red lips and cheeks as flushed as Bella’s? This is now achievable. How about the scent of true love? That is also a possibility.

With an entire collection of lush palettes and deep, dark hues, you’ll be prepared for your own epic romance. Stephanie Meyers, the author of the four-part series teamed up with DuWop to create a lip venom, but that’s not the real news.

Immortal Twilight, a fragrance, follows an assortment of prestige-quality products from the Luna Twilight, Volturi Twilight, and Nox Twilight branches of the multi-faced brand. The scent, inspired by Bella’s intoxicating scent, is definitely a sum of its parts. Top notes of cool citrus and wild chamomile are followed by heart notes of white freesia and peony, and rounded out with base notes of patchouli, cool amber and musk.

It’s been said at both the New York and London premieres this week, that the pair are already “an old married couple,” and that if Pattinson had his way, they would’ve been married yesterday. It’s hard to capture that kind of at love, but here’s to trying.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: premieres November 18, 2011 in nationwide theaters.
