Stocked n’ Loaded Gourmet Food Truck

Former Cafe Boulud chefs David Rashty and Mike Burgio have just opened the new Stocked n’ Loaded Gourmet Food Truck in Palm Beach. Specialties of the truck include the brisket sandwich, which has a five day cooking process, and the Meditteranean flatbread with a sous vide chicken breast. This is not your usual dive bomb food stand, this is convenience with class, serving up the same quality as a boutique cafe, in the guise of a late night snack stop.
