Pilates in the Grove, Pilates on the Beach and Rosenbaum Breast Center Hosted the Pink Ribbon Program Celebration
On October 5, Pilates in the Grove and Pilates on the Beach celebrated the launch of the certified Pink Ribbon Program in an effort with the Rosenbaum Breast Center. Amongst guests at the event were Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra and distinguished sports rep Jason Rosenhaus.
The two studios are amongst the only Pilates studios certified by the Pink Ribbon Program to specialize in the recovery of breast cancer treatment. Pilates helps women restore joint mobility and regain their strength; it can also assuage the pain from beast cancer surgeries. All of the proceeds from the celebration benefitted the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation.
