On Friday, Rain Cosmetics launched at Skins 6|2 Cosmetics inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with a breast cancer benefit hosted by Alyssa Campanella, Miss USA 2011.
Shanna Moakler, former Miss USA and reality television star, was in attendance, along with “Peepshow” headliner and cancer survivor Cheaza Figueroa. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and bubbly from STK Las Vegas and makeup applications from Rain Cosmetics while they shopped for the cause.
“I’m a survivor, and the way that I became confidant and positive is by being a part of events like this,” Figueroa said. “It’s important to become a part of the community and to give back.”
The event raised awareness and funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure of Southern Nevada while celebrating the new relationship between the chic cosmetics line and the exclusive boutique.
