Rue Magazine, the San Francisco-based design and style magazine of all things beautiful, celebrated their first anniversary on September 26, 2011. The anniversary event was hosted by SOMA’s exquisite furniture store, H.D. Buttercup, and attended by Rue friends, fans, bloggers, and style aficionados.
Guests had the pleasure of perusing H.D. Buttercup’s fabulous funiture while sipping Domain Chandon bubbly and Bastiste Rum Hemmingway cocktails. Gourmet food trucks, Curry in a Hurry and Le Truck, sampled their tastiest dishes. The event also featured a cream puff bar, a photo booth, and a talented poet!
Rue Magazine has enjoyed a flourishing first year and a successful anniversary party. They believe “That everyone has the talent and drive to design their most beautiful life–we all just need a little nudge in the right direction.”
