Professional Bull Riders legend Ross Coleman at 35 Steaks + Martinis
Ross Coleman, recognized for his role in the Professional Bull Riding world, retired and on Thursday, he celebrated the milestone with an intimate dinner at 35 Steaks + Martinis at Hard Rock Hotel.
Surrounded by close friends, family and management, the group of 30 guests toasted congratulations to Coleman as they enjoyed signature dishes in the middle of the main dining room. They feasted on signature favorites including: artichoke dip, crab cake, mixed field greens salad, filet mignon, spicy tuna and organic chicken. For dessert, they indulged in the vanilla crème brulee.
Guests included his wife Amy Coleman; parents Steve and Cathy Coleman; PBR Board Member and husband to artist Jewel, Ty Murray; two-time world champion Bull Rider Justin McBride; PBR Founder Aaron Semas and wife Tami; 13-time qualifying NFR rider Brit Bockius; and current PBR riders Luke Snyder, Sean Willingham and Brendon Clark.
